This is a Huge, Multi-Family Garage Sale. There are items donated by many families include the following: appliances, antiques, furniture, floor tiles, feed tubs, chicken cages, wall decor, rabbit hutch, housewares; children, infant, teen, men and women clothing; books; DVD's; farm and garden items; children's games and toys; home decorator items, bedding, office supplies, collectibles and much more. Proceeds of the sale benefit the 2020 agricultural based mission outreach to orphanages, and rural impoverished peoples. 100% of funds from the barn sale will go directly towards the projects. They include starting a Wool Mill at a cost of $1,000 each. A Starter Flock of sheep at a cost of $500 each. And an Educational Outreach for each nation is which cost approximately $500 per class. Monetary Donations towards these missions greatly appreciated and any items you would like to donate for the sale are graciously accepted. Please drop off your donations at the barn Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 - 5:30 through Feb 4th.
In addition, the following activities are always available at the farm (on a donation basis):

Touring the Bible Garden - guided or self-guided
Spinning and Wool Mill demonstration
Shepherd's Shop is open, featuring a host of "woolly" and farm related handmade gifts crafted by Shepherd's Cross and over 50 local crafters. Shepherd's Cross features farm fresh, Animal Welfare Approved, pasture raised, free range, chemical free American lamb meat, and beef, Farm Fresh honey & Farm Raised walnuts and pecans.
Additionally the shop features a mission section; purchases made in this section of the store return 100% of the sale price to mission organizations. These handmade items come from missions directly supported by Heart of the Shepherd around the world (including Afghanistan, India, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Malawi, Thailand, Africa, Russia, and Uganda).

"Won't you be my neighbor?" Daniel Tiger and all of his friends from the beloved PBS KIDS television series are hopping aboard Trolley to Richmond with Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood Live! Along with "O" the Owl, Katerina Kittycat, Prince Wednesday, Mom and Dad Tiger and many more. Daniel Tiger will take live audiences on an interactive musical adventure to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, sharing stories of friendship, helping others and celebrating new experiences. This live theatrical production filled with music, dancing, laughter and "grr-ific" surprises will warm the hearts of multiple generations.

Weaving 201 Workshop Harness Table Loom
February 14 & 15, Friday & Saturday
8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Come on out to Shepherd's Cross for a Weaving Class. Learn to weave on a loom with a harness. Each participant will take home a finished product. Cost of the class is $133.00 all inclusive. (No hidden fees, rental fees or materials fees.) You may bring your own loom or use one of ours at no additional charge. You will learn to warp and to weave, completing a sampler scarf or table runner to take home. We are open until 5:30 pm each day, and you are welcome to stay and practice or work on your project.
This class is offered as a group in February & September each year; or as private lessons throughout the year. We provide snacks and beverages at two break times each day. Please bring a lunch each day; a microwave is available. There is a class size minimum of two, and a maximum of 6 participants. Our classes go a degree farther than most, and teach some history of fiber arts, and practical technology. As well as being augmented by hands on learning tools available in the Educational Farm Museum.
This retreat is held at Shepherd's Cross, an authentic working farm, just north of Claremore OK on Scenic Route 66. Shepherd's Cross hosts a mini wool mill, processing the wool from their flock. There is also Shepherd's Shop, a quaint country gift shop. It features a host of festive handmade and farm related gifts and wares from many gifted artisans. The Gift Shop and Museum are open weekly Tuesday through Saturday; from 8:30 - 5:30.
Shepherd's Cross is an accredited Agritourism facility, a Made in Oklahoma Company Shepherd's Cross is also Animal Welfare Approved Sheep Farm, and processes Animal Welfare Approved fiber (chemical free, hormone free, free range, natural). Shepherd's Cross is home to Heart of the Shepherd, a non-profit organization (501-C3) that operates at the farm and establishes wool mills in remote, impoverished areas around the world. As well as teaching Biblical references to the harvest, the animals, farming and gardening.
